Epley maneuver

Epley  posterior (see picture)

  1. The person lies on his back head hanging over the brim somewhat in 45 degrees to the side of the treatment ear about 30 sec.

  2. The head is rotated to the opposite position on the side of the healthy ear 30 sec.

  3. The person rotates on the heathy side head hanging downwards about 45 degrees for 30 seconds.

  4. The person sits up.

  5. Former supports if needed.

  6. Sitting In the chair with armrests 2-3 min.
